Whatever you think marketing is, product management, service marketing, press and public relations, brand management, marcomms, lead gen and sales are too often considered as discrete unrelated disciplines.

Business to business and consumer marketing have developed their own language and methods and whilst we need the specialisms and expertise in all of these things, the objectives and the concepts are not just fundamentally the same, they need to be considered as a whole and managed in an objective and integrated fashion. Not B2B or B2C, but more basic than that - we call it A2B. This is the foundation for strategic marketing done well and to the benefit of the whole organisation and its customers.
