Vision and values

Double Ewe was set up to address a gap that occurs in a surprising number of organisations. Marketing is so often perceived as just the lead generation and communications department. Empowerment and responsibility for anything with the word 'strategy' in is considered to be the remit of important people and sometimes they are too busy fighting fires to do it, or they forget to pass on the critical information to the people that really matter. Their staff.

And so,

  • sales managers are given the targets but not always the tools
  • marketing managers are rarely asked, or empowered, to deal with the complete picture
  • directors tend to operate in departments and fail to coordinate and communicate with the key players in other disciplines
  • most marketing services companies will only tackle a part of the job
  • the rest will simply fail to make the connection between strategy and doing

So we wanted to do something about it. To provide a service that would enable companies to manage ambition and perception at the same time as reality. Think about it for a moment. Capability, market context, product and service proposition, the delivery of real customer value, consistently, sustainably and at a profit.
